I have a BM in viola performance from Oberlin Conservatory, and an MM in viola performance from Eastman School of Music. I have taught at Kanack School and Hochstein School. I have played in the Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra, Syracuse Symphony, Erie Philharmonic, and am currently an extra player in the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra. I founded the New Orleans String Project to teach stringed instruments to inner city New Orleans children.

I teach violin, viola, and piano to children and adults at my home studio at 829 Winton Road S, after school, evening, and Saturday hours. We have two optional recitals per year to give students performance experience. Tuition is $25 for 30 minute lesson, $35 for 45 minute lesson, and $45 for an hour, per family. My philosophy is that music should be enjoyable and tailored to each student’s personality, learning style, and goals. For a tryout lesson, call, text, or email.
