This silver-mounted, Pernambuco violin bow is wonderfully suited to a discerning professional looking for a bow with agility and firmness. Richard Weichold studied under H.R. Pfretzschner, who studied under J.B. Vuillaume. This bow shows many of the same playing characteristics as the great French bows of the Vuillaume workshop but with a much more modest price.
