Shipping Policy

Large items, such as instruments and bows, are shipped via UPS. Small goods are shipped via USPS. There is a $3 shipping fee for any orders under $20. All orders $20 and above receive free shipping. Shipping of instruments or bows is offered for free throughout the Continental U.S. Expedited shipping can be arranged at the customer’s expense; please contact Payton Violins for rates on expedited shipping.

Shipping Time

Most orders will ship our next weekday business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday except by prior arrangement

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive – consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

If you are not completely satisfied with any merchandise you receive, please contact us for an exchange, refund, or credit.

Any returns received within 30 days will be honored with a full refund upon receipt of the items. Returns must be in original condition and packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable.

If a product is defective we will ship a replacement free of charge.

We cannot accept string returns once they have been installed on an instrument.
